My craft

I recently had a some time to think about just every part of my life.  As always, I used some of that time to focus on some the things I want to do, but never take the time.   Sometimes I think I am just plain lazy.  But then I realize that I just need to focus on my own needs more, and not feel guilty that I did.
Am going to make a better effort to use that quiet time to focus on  what I call "my craft".

Solitude is an art

Solitude is an art. Unplugging and learning to be alone with yourself is essential if you want to do your best creative work. Technology is a tool. We should control it, not the other way around. Turn off your phone, Twitter, email, etc. Do it. The withdrawal symptoms will subside, eventually
